Printed study guides can be ordered and will be shipped to your indicated address.  If you choose to purchase a physical, bound study guide you will notice shipping costs are included with the price of the book.  We will ship by UPS Secure Ground.  We have instituted a volume discount:  10% for orders of 6-15 books, 15% discount for orders of 16-30 books and 25% discount for orders of 31+ books.
